All items are handcrafted and slight imperfections and irregularities may occur especially when working with natural items. (shell, gem stone etc..)
All items are final sales and we strongly suggest taking the insurance option on the shipping to cover your expense.
Accidents do happen: should you drop your items and or damge it somehow. Please do not throw it out. Please email me: [email protected] to see if the item can be repared for you. 5.00 repair fee and additional fees apply that vary on the work needed.
Customizing your item: Alterations can be made to must items, such as: adding length to a necklace or changing out a bead or gemstone.

Alterations to necklaces and available bracelets: If you need a chain extended the cost is 3.00 per 2 inches on "chain" necklaces. Other jewelry items with different material are subject to approval and vairous fees may apply.
Shipping for repairs, custom work and or alterations is the responsibility of the shopper.
All shipping includes a signature confirmation fee through USPS. Items will not be delivered without signature confirmation attached. This helps you in making sure your package willnot get lost on someone elses door step.
